i've moved!

Happy Spring everyone!
I'm sure its pretty obvious I've been gone for 2 months and have yet to write in this blog. I've become bored and frustrated with Blogger/Blogspot.  The site is outdated and hard to navigate.  Therefore, I am moving my blog to tumblr and you can access it at http://laamericana.tumblr.com ...enjoy!

So I leave in a week...wow.  As nervous as I am getting for the trip I couldn't be happier to get out of Pittsburgh at a time like this (26 inches of snow on Feb 6 and 6-12 more inches on it's way tonight).  There is NO snow in Argentina...actually it's snowed a couple of times but it happens maybe once every 10 years.  The weather is very humid but they do get all 4 seasons.  Because they are on the opposite side of the equator, their seasons are complete opposites of ours...so right now it's summertime.  Yesssss.  If you haven't already comment me with your address so I can send you a postcard. Do it.
